♨ Marble Sponge Cake ♨


Ingredients 
All purpose flour
Baking Soda
Butter
Coco Powder
Egg White
Egg Yolk
Milk
Salt
Sugar
Vanilla Extract














Step A
Heat Butter turn off the heat ~ Butter melt,
 add All Purpose FlourMilk

Vanilla Extract, Salt & Egg Yolk ( Stirto Combined )…

Step B
Whisk3 Eggs white little foamy add Sugar & Baking Soda…

Mix  &together…

Use mixture Ingredients mix with Cocoa Powder use for the marble design…

Bake in Preheat oven at 180℃ water Bath
Bake 1hrs 20mins ~ Spray water every 20mins 2 to 3 time...

♨ Grandma Homemade Bread ♨

110*C Warm Water ☛ Yeast - add Sugar & flour leave it for 10mins 
Mix All purpose Flour - Salt - Olive Oil 

1st Rise 45mins knead the doughto 10 mins 
2nd Rise 45mins Bread transfer to pan
3rd Rise 45mins Egg Yolk ~ apply on top of the bread before bake… 

Bake 350*F - 180*C ~ 1hrs 20mins 
Pull a cup of water in the oven ~ Spray water every 20mins 2 to 3 time... 
Bread completed cool down keep in the Freezerspreserve time even longer
Breaditself still taste great  
I have made this bread with fresh milk & butter too and it works great.
I still prefer GrandmaBread 
                                       


♨ Cotton Soft Cheesecake ♨

Step 1: Mix Cream Cheese , Butter, Condensed Milk & Plain Yogurt...
Step 2: Egg yolks, Vanilla  Extract & Sugar... 
Step 3: Combine Cream Cheese mixture & Egg Yolk mixture unit dissolved,
             And add All Purpose Flour and mix well...
Step 4: Whisk Egg Whites unit foamy & add Sugar...
Step 5: Add  Egg Whites in 3 parts and fold well to the Cream Cheese mixture...
Step 6: Pour the batter gradually to release large air bubbles to your cake pan...
Step 7: Bake 180℃ for about 1 hour 10 mins 
             Water Bath ...
Step 8: Cool the cake by opening the oven door slightly ajar...

♨ Banana Cake ♨


Small Banana taste better㋛㋛㋛㋛ ツ

♨  Wet Ingredients ♨  
½ Butter - Sugar - 2 Egg - Vanilla Extract - Plain yogurt & 6 Small Banana 

♨  Dry Ingredient ♨  
All Purpose Flour - Baking Soda  - Salt 

Wet Ingredients & Dry Ingredients mix together

Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ 
About 1hrs 10mins {Water Bath}
20 mins spray water in the oven 2 to 3 time…
