♨ Cotton Soft Cheesecake ♨

Step 1: Mix Cream Cheese , Butter, Condensed Milk & Plain Yogurt...
Step 2: Egg yolks, Vanilla  Extract & Sugar... 
Step 3: Combine Cream Cheese mixture & Egg Yolk mixture unit dissolved,
             And add All Purpose Flour and mix well...
Step 4: Whisk Egg Whites unit foamy & add Sugar...
Step 5: Add  Egg Whites in 3 parts and fold well to the Cream Cheese mixture...
Step 6: Pour the batter gradually to release large air bubbles to your cake pan...
Step 7: Bake 180℃ for about 1 hour 10 mins 
             Water Bath ...
Step 8: Cool the cake by opening the oven door slightly ajar...
